HOW TO GROW HAIR
FASTER NATURALLY
Long hair is a hairstyle where the hair is allowed to grow to considerable length. Exactly what constitutes long hair can change from culture to culture, or even within cultures. For example, a woman with chin-length hair in some cultures may be said to have short hair, while a man with the same length of hair in some of the same cultures would be said to have long hair.
Males having short, cut hair is in many cultures viewed as being under society's control, such as while in the military or prison or as punishment for a crime, while males having long hair signifies being outside of the mainstream. Long, thick hair has been a sign of wealth, power or prominence throughout time and history
Having a long hair is often considered as a sign of beauty:
It also means youth and vitality and many people associate it with health as
well. Most of the women, if not all of them, would love to be able to grow
their hair to a long, flowing length.
Here I m going to tell 3 ways to grow
hair faster……
METHOD 1
HOME MADE REMEDIES
Wash your hair
with onion water:
Get your tresses to
be super sleek and shiny while supplementing them with nutrients by rinsing
your hair with onion water. Cut up an onion and boil it in several cups of
water. Allow the onion water to cool, strain out the onion, and pour it through
your hair. Massage it into your scalp before rinsing the onion water out again.
Rinse your hair
with apple cider vinegar:
Among the multitude of uses for apple cider vinegar is
increasing hair growth through frequent rinsing. After you finish shampooing
your hair in the shower, rinse it out with apple cider vinegar. Follow with
your regular conditioner and rinse with warm water.
Try a grape
seed oil massage:
This lovely oil is often an ingredient in popular hair care
products, and can be used on its own to increase hair growth. Pour some oil
(room temperature or warm) onto your scalp and massage it in with your fingers.
Allow it to set for up to an hour. Do this 2-3 nights a week for the best results.
Use castor oil:
Being rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids, especially omega-9 fatty acids, castor oil promotes hair growth naturally.
- As this oil is quite viscous, mix the castor oil with an equal amount of coconut, olive, or almond oil. Massage your scalp with it and leave it on for 30 to 45 minutes. Then shampoo your hair.
- You can also add essential oils, especially rosemary, peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender, or thyme oil, to the castor oil and then put it in your hair.
Whip up an egg mask :
You can use an egg hair mask at least once a month.
- Whisk an egg. Mix in four tablespoons of grape seed oil and a few drops of lavender oil. Apply it on your hair and scalp and leave it on for half an hour. Finally, rinse it out and shampoo your hair as usual.
- Apply a mixture of two egg yolks and two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil on your scalp. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Wash it out with cold water and then shampoo your hair.
- Alternatively, whisk an egg and add one cup of milk, two tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil, and the juice from half a lemon to it. Apply it on your scalp and leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes before washing it out and shampooing your hair.
METHOD 2
Change Life style
Don't trim your
hair every month:
Some hairstylists will tell you to cut an inch to half an
inch off hair every month, but honestly this will do you no good. Why, you may
ask? Because, your hair grows a half an inch every month, so by cutting an inch
to half an inch off every month, your hair basically will never grow. But,
before you start trying to grow out your long locks, make sure your hair is
healthy and not damaged. Make sure to cut all your damaged hair off before you
start trying to grow long hair, because damaged, long hair is not pretty.
Eating a diet rich in protein and vital vitamins and minerals is an essential prerequisite to healthy hair growth. Opt for foods high in vitamins A, B, C, and E, iron, zinc, copper, magnesium, and selenium. Vitamin B-complex, in particular, is extremely important for making your hair grow faster.
So, include a variety of foods like milk, cheese, yogurt, chicken, eggs, whole grains, salmon, spinach, broccoli, bell peppers, cabbage, parsley, grapefruit, avocado, brown bread, oats, and alfalfa in your diet to nourish your hair and scalp. Plus, drink fresh fruit and vegetable juices, such as orange, grapefruit, carrot, beet, and lettuce juice.
Fish, flax seeds, walnuts, beans, winter squash, olive oil, and other foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids are also good for hair growth as about 3% of a hair shaft is made up of omega-3 fatty acids.
Avoid nutritional deficiencies because they tend to affect your hair adversely.
Stay
away from heat:
The high temperatures of blow dryers, curling irons, and
flat irons may work wonders on taming your locks, but on the downside? They
seriously fry your hair and cause a lot of breakage. Avoid using these
heat-powered tools whenever possible, and if you must use them, adjust the heat
to the lowest setting.
Avoid harsh
chemicals:
For the same reasons as frequent washing and usage of hot
tools, dousing your hair with chemical dyes, relaxes, and perms makes it
brittle and more likely to snap. Chemicals may be the most detrimental to long
hair growth out of all the causes of damage. Never perm or relax your hair, and
if you absolutely must dye it try using an all natural dye like henna.
Protect your
hair from the sun:
Exposure to UVA and UVB rays present in sunlight can strip
your hair down and damage it over time. In general, try to minimize your
exposure to direct sunlight or tanning beds to no more than a few hours a day.
When you are in the sun though, keep your hair under wraps in a hat or scarf.
Stay stress-free
Stress is one of the most important factors that contribute to hair loss. It is believed that stress can disrupt the normal hair cycle and trigger hairs to enter the telogen or fall-out phase. Thus, when striving for faster hair growth, minimize the stress in your life.
To manage stress, you can use meditation, breathing exercises, or other relaxation techniques. Plus, be sure to get your beauty sleep as the growth hormone is released during sleep.
Method 3
Making immediate changes
Let your hair
down:
Constant use of
elastic bands, pins, and clips stresses out your hair making it prone to
breaking. Although it is certainly easier (especially if you’re keeping your
hair washing to a minimum) to just throw your hair up and be done with it,
you’re increasing the damage done to your hair. When you can, let your hair
loose and leave it unpinned.
Take your
vitamins:
Most of the vitamins
necessary for healthy hair come in the fruits and vegetables you should eat on
a daily basis. To get an extra punch from these vitamins though, take a bit
extra on a daily basis. Choose a multivitamin, or try taking supplements for
vitamins A, B2, and E which all benefit hair growth
Brush it out:
The main reason for
frequent hair washing is a buildup of natural oils near the scalp. These oils
are created by your body to nourish your hair and help it to grow out long. The
problem? They get stuck at your scalp and have a difficult time traveling down
the shaft of the hair, especially when it's already on the long side. To
distribute the oils and keep your hair soft and healthy, use a natural bristle
brush to comb your hair 1-2 times a day. However, avoid brushing your hair when
it's wet as this will increase the likelihood of breakage while brushing.
Get a new
shampoo:
It’s nice to be frugal but if you’re buying cheap shampoo
with added silicone you’re preventing your hair from growing long. Silicone in
shampoo coats your strands of hair and blocks out nutrients, making it
difficult for hair to get the things it needs to stay healthy. Spend a few
extra dollars to purchase a shampoo lacking this specific ingredient and your
hair will be reaping the benefits.
